A Lot!

Hello all,

I hope everyone is having a wonderful memorial day and enjoying spring. Things are going so well here in the mission field. I'm continuing to learn and grow as an effective missionary.

I studied a lot about repentance this week and analyzing the amazing examples of "having a change of heart" shown in the book of mormon. The lord has blessed me as we have found 4 new people to teach in my area and met a friend named Donovan.

He's 20 and attends Lansing community college and also works at a plasma center. We have taught him several lessons and he came to church sunday on his own free will and is on date for baptism June 13th so I'll hope and pray he will continue keeping the commitments we extend him and progressing to make the promise to God by taking the name of christ upon him self through baptism.

We've been riding bikes a lot lately and it's fun and funny at the same time so here is a picture of another missionary and I on a tradeoff getting ready to meet people while biking.

I've learned a lot from other missionaries and I'm happy for the positive examples around me. I'm doing a lot better at being happy and really pushing my self to be better and do better. I'm happy to be a servant of the lord and hope things are good back at home.

Good things to come!!!!

Ps... natural skippy peanut butter is the way to go. And yoga is good before you exercise to avoid injury... common sense but I hate an aching body. Also if your feeling down just read first nephi chapter 18 in the book of mormon. Like the prophet nephi defying all odds by building a ship with his doubtful family to reach the promise land of the ancient Americas... we can do all things through the lord. Just believe in yourself and endure til the end of this life on earth. Good things to come always.
