Hello all,
Michigan can not come soon enough. Not to
sound like am ahead of myself but I honestly feel that I'm ready to rock it in
the actual mission field. I've learnt SO much and I've memorized nearly
everything about every lesson and I'm getting to the point where I have a
scripture for every situation.
I've grown a lot regarding asking questions to our demo investigators and really making the lesson personal to them. My
companionship and I are receiving great feedback replies from them and our
teachers as well. Missionary work is hard so far at least but its become
somewhat of an addiction for me Haha.
I wake up motivated to run with my
companion every morning and feel fresh and focused in every class taking notes
and always answering questions that my Branch is challenged with. Being a
senior companion is helping me with leadership because I'm more than often
directing how we spend our time and initiating conversation everywhere whether
it be in a lesson, study time, elders quorum or our district councils. I'm
becoming much more organized with my notes, paperwork, and thoughts as well.
I'm working so hard to be the best missionary I can be.
Also ELDER D TODD
CHRISTOFERSON gave a huge devotional at the MTC Tuesday night and it was
beautiful. I'm also learning a lot about companionships because I have a real
interesting trio so it's good haha!!! I miss everyone back home and can't wait
to hear how life is back in Cali.
PS there is an MTC cat and she loves me and my cheezits.
Here are some pictures.
