Work Smarter Not Harder

Hey All!!!

    I hope life is amazing for yall. My week was rather not great. My companion and I had some problems and were over due for a solid comp inventory. 

Luckily as of Saturday... we now see eye to eye pertaining to the task that we have been given. The attribute of Pride is very toxic in relationships and there is no room for it in the Lords work or really in life. Elder Filler and I have some repenting to do and we shall bounce back. 

Other then our terrible rough patch... Our friend Evan was Baptized this week!!! He's 12 and Elder Filler and I were so privileged to see the Holy Ghost reactivate his Mother and give Evan the desire to be Baptized. He's was an absolute STUD and teaching him was easy. His father flew all the way out from Utah to baptize him and seeing a Father-Son relationship grow in the process was also very nice. 

Im also learning to work smarter... not harder. To say the least I've been very lazy when it comes to the administrative work. I've done it throughout my mission and have used my Area Book but I've done it really to just check the boxes instead of utilizing my tools with careful detail. More effort put into this aspect of the Lords work will help me improve my organization skills. 

We also found some VERY solid investigators this week and have much hope for the future with those we teach. Elder Filler is still a great young missionary and I'm super duper proud of him. We could be much more humble though. Just a constant effort to repent in the future!!!!(:
